Submit your logo, hat color, garment size breakdown, garment colors, and placement notes with the order. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

Decoration

The hat portion includes simple flat embroidery with no digitizing or setup fee. Fitted hats, 3D puff embroidery, high-stitch designs, side-name embroidery, extra decoration locations, and other upgrades require review and an adjusted invoice.

Production estimate

Estimated 4–6 weeks after the proof and complete order details are approved. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping

Paid shipping is calculated separately at checkout. Local pickup may be arranged when the completed order is ready.
